This week the Ecuador government released the inflation estimates they based they 2012 budget on… Budget estimate 3.68%… but the actual predicted inflation is expected to be closer to 5.14%.

Overall, Many see an even higher inflation here in Ecuador possibly happening next year due to the increased taxes on imports the goverment is imposing.
