Will you buy a noisy property in Ecuador, by mistake?

Many visit a property in the day, like the property, like the price tag…and buy. Only to discover during their first night in the place there is a disco blasting music until 4am next door.

This happens in Ecuador. Zoning laws are much more ‘lax’. Residences and businesses are mixed in all over the place. You absolutely MUST visit a property at night, preferably on various different days, to be sure you will be able to sleep if you bought that particular property. Buyer beware, disclosure laws aren’t nearly as tight down here as they are up north.
