Looking for Real Estate Contacts – Central coast

My wife and I are planning a trip to Ecuador (20-FEB to 6-MAR).
I’ve done some research and am having trouble finding good real estate contacts for: Manta, Crucita, Bahia de Caraquez and Canoa.
We are interested in beachfront and/or ocean view lots that are at least 15-30 feet in elevation (for ocean breeze). Not interested in housing developments with build by certain date requirements.
Any help would be great.

Hi Dave,
My wife and i Have a very nice piece of land in Santa Marianita located on the coast about 20 minutes from Manta. Its less than a minutes drive from the beach and sits high on the mountain with ocean views and main road access. It has aprox. 2740 Sq meters, public transportation and all the peace and tranquility one can wish for. I also have the deed for the property.
