I’d say the Carolina Park area or around the “Y” in the north of the city… both areas are highly centric and around all the most popular attractions of the city like the Quicentro mall and the Jardin Mall.
If you like to party I’d say live in the Mariscal district around Plaza Foch, where you can find nightlife happening literally every day!
Avoid the south of the city… and the historic city center (its not so savory at night, just callin it like I see it).
