Thanks for the answer to my prev question. My next question is about vacation rental properties. I’m interested in buying something in Manta, an oceanfront condo most likely. I wouldnt necessarily live in it but would look to rent it out and maybe rent a house for my family. Is the rental market strong enough where I could expect to book it out for the ‘ ecuador summer’ months or is there demand all year? weekly rentals or monthly?
