It is my intensiion to fly down later part of Feb. to look for property on the coast. After doing some surfing on the web. It seems only to present what I call inflated pricing. Can anyone inform me of a honest ralestate person or any other person who could show some properties but in the same token be honest enough to reveal what the true market price would be . Not Gringo Pricing

Most of the websites offering real estate seem to be either by gringos or targeted at them so naturally the prices are going to reflect that. As larryp suggested, it depends on where you are interested in as far as being able to make a recommendation.
