Good, trustworthy, english speaking attorney in Crucita area

We’re trying to find a trustworth english speaking attorney to handle a real estate closing for us in the Crucita area. I saw one in a prior question who is located in Bahia, but have not had any luck in him returning my emails. Any idea what it should cost to handle the closing? (including the power of attorney).

Unfortunately, honest, trustworthy and can do their job when promised are all up in the air possibilities here when speaking of attorneys on the coast, english speaking or not. Even if someone has a good experience with one item one time, is no guarantee you will get the same level of service. My best recommendation is to hire a larger firm out of Quito or Guayaquil…at least they are more professional in both appearance and knowledge. There are many jokes about attorneys along the coast especially in Manabi province and they are all warranted…I have been through 3 of them along the coast and finally went with larger firms in both Quito and Guayaquil. They are no more costly and in some instances actually cheaper than those on the coast. If you would like to speak further please contact me.
