Easily, one of the foremost dentists in Ecuador (Guayaquil area)is Dr. Fabrizio Gonzales A.
Anything that Dr. Gonzales estimates can be better performed by another, he does not hesitate to recommend.
Happily, as the Thai, Dr. Gonzales does not believe in creating pain. His talent is such that my finacee had several cavities filled in one session. One cavity seemed deep enough into which to lose an overlarge bowling ball.
In the states, to accomplish this seeming endless void, several US 55 gallon drums of heavy-duty (and barely-legal)narcotics would be required to provide some degree of operative pain-control.
Dr. Gonzales (I witnessed the entire procedure)performed an amazingly professional and complete permanent filling
without the use of any pain control.
