I was researching flights to Quito, and I am confused. All the flights show a stop in Guayaquil which is where I wanted to go. It looks like it only takes 4 hrs to Guayaquil and 10 hrs to Quito. I can’t find direct flights to Guayaquil, which doesn’t make sense. I will have to fly somewhere in US to get a direct flight as I’m leaving from Kansas. Please help me find the quickest way to Guayaquil.

Easy enough, AA flies thru Miami, Continental thru Houston and Delta from Dallas. I know one of them does stop in Guayaquil when going to Quito also. Myself I prefer the Air Canada flight from Toronto to Bogota and Avianca onto Quito. You can also take one of the local carriers from Quito to Guayaquil for quite an affordable price also.

You can fly direct to Guayaquil from Atlanta on Delta, New York City on Aerogal, or from Miami on several airlines.
