You don´t need much other than a copy of your passport, current stamp, a passport photo, a copy of your bank statement, and a letter in Spanish stating why you want the visa…
Plus the fee, $230.
You can apply for the visa in any MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES office.
